Description:
A special blend of spices that aid digestion with Assam black tea
Brewing instructions:
- Use a saucepan to heat 1.5 cups of water
- Add 2 heaped teaspoons of chai mix, 1/2 inch of roughly crushed ginger, and jaggery or sugar (to taste)
- Bring to the boil and simmer for 2-4 minutes
- Add 1/2 cup of milk and bring to the boil and simmer for a further 2 minutes
- Strain into glasses or cups
